sue’s chicken noodle soup

INGREDIENTS

•⁠  ⁠2 chicken breasts

•⁠  ⁠2 medium leeks

•⁠  ⁠2 carrots, grated

•⁠  ⁠3 celery sticks

•⁠  ⁠1 onion

•⁠  ⁠2 packets chicken noodle soup


STEPS

1.⁠ ⁠Put 2 chicken breasts, 2 medium leeks, 2 carrots, grated, 3 celery sticks, 1 onion and 2 packets chicken noodle soup in a large pot and cover with water. Bring to the boil.

2.⁠ ⁠Reduce to medium heat and simmer for about an hour, or until the meat is tender. (1 hour)

3.⁠ ⁠Take out the chicken pieces, remove the meat from the bone, then return the meat to the pot.
